After the devastating tsunami hit Japan in 2011, Hartman House teamed with Peace Winds Japan, a charity specializing in disaster relief, in an urgent effort to assist Japan earthquake and tsunami victims. We chose this organization because, like us, 100% of donations go directly to the people and not to overhead or administrative costs. Hartman House will continue to raise money for Japan earthquake and tsunami victims until the situation is resolved.

In support of We Heart Japan, Tae Bo® instructors all over the world held a global workout class to raise funds for Japan. This was a huge movement from Team Tae Bo® and we were honored to have so many instructors donate their time to raise money for earthquake and tsunami victims in partnership with Hartman House.

A virtual fundraising campaign was launched to allow our supporters to be involved in a tangible way! We set a goal of $10,000 and in two weeks supporters opened their own fundraising pages raising over $17,000 for earthquake and tsunami victims - 77% over our intended goal.
